Description

Join us for a low impact hand weights class twice a week! This class is designed with seniors in mind, but all are welcome!


There is no fee to participate, however, donations are encouraged. You can join at any time and walk-ins are more than welcome.


Use our weights or bring your own.


Mondays and Thursdays, 1:00-2:00PM
