Dad's Yoga!
Discover the physical and mental benefits of yoga tailored for fathers at BVCC's Dads' Yoga event!
Sunday, March 24th from 10:45am-12:00pm at Bay View Community Center
BYOM (bring your own mat) encouraged.
First and last 15 minutes will be for meet & greet (45 minute yoga session from 11:00am-11:45am) Snacks will be provided!
This event is open to dads and male caregivers (ages 18 and up) to come together in a dedicated, nurturing space.
